Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law / EPZ Law regarding worker welfare.
Handle worker grievances, complaints, and welfare-related concerns.
Manage LTO and absenteeism and properly monitor relevant KPIs.
Develop and implement effective grievance-handling procedures for timely resolution.
Maintain grievance registers and prepare reports for management review.
Conduct counseling sessions for workers facing personal or workplace issues.
Plan and execute worker engagement activities.
Organize events, motivational sessions, and recreational programs.
Coordinate with HR on employee well-being and stress-management initiatives.
Assist in compliance audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Coordinate with Worker Participation Committee, WWA, and other worker committees.
Conduct training and awareness programs.
Support and coordinate disciplinary actions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee matters.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Good experiences facing garment factory third party audit , BSCI , Wrap , Sedex , Slcp.
Good understanding labor law , EPZ law
Good communication skills with all departments workers
Daily checking all floor worker disciplines.

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
