General Manager - Security

Job Description / Responsibility

Overall responsibility for security and safety operations of Jamuna Future Park & Head Office .
Lead, supervise, and manage the entire security team and manpower deployment.
Ensure protection of customers, employees, tenants, visitors, assets, and property.
Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Oversee CCTV surveillance, access control, parking, and overall security systems.
Manage emergency situations, fire incidents, theft, accidents, threats, and other critical incidents.
Ensure effective crowd control and security arrangements during events, festivals, and peak hours.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with Police, RAB, Fire Service, and other relevant authorities.
Monitor security discipline, training, performance, and manpower requirements.
Investigate security incidents and submit reports and recommendations to management.
Coordinate with other departments on security matters.
Ensure compliance with management instructions, security standards, and applicable laws.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Candidates with a Defence/Armed Forces background will be highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

At least 18 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Fast Food Shop, Garments, Group of Companies, Hotel, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Real Estate, Shopping mall, Spinning, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 40 years
Educational Qualification & Experience
Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in security management.
Proven experience in managing a large security team.
Candidates with strong experience in managing security operations of large commercial complexes, shopping malls, or corporate organizations will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent crisis and incident-management ability.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
