Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our digital presence. In this role, you will blend performance marketing with patient-centred communication—driving targeted campaigns that directly connect patients with our healthcare services, diagnostics, and specialists.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive short- and long-term digital marketing strategies, developing tailored campaigns for business vertical.
Content Strategy & Creative Direction: Collaborate closely with graphic designers and visualisers to steer content creation, ensuring the visual identity of each business unit strictly aligns with its core brand values.
Platform Management: Monitor, curate and maintain digital content across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement across every entity within the group.
Real-Time Marketing (RTM): Design proactive and agile social media tactics to capitalise on market trends, community health events and urgent operational updates.
Campaign Life-cycle Management: End-to-end planning and execution of high-impact seasonal, awareness, and festival campaigns designed to maximise reach and drive physical footfall to our facilities.
Digital Infrastructure (Web & E-Commerce): Manage, update, and continuously optimise content across the group’s websites and e-commerce platforms to deliver an intuitive, seamless user experience.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and prepare structured monthly reports detailing marketing activities, campaign ROI, and budget utilisation for executive management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
