Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- EW Villa Medica is looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant–Aesthetic Dermatologsit to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional aesthetic consultations and treatments while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, clinical excellence, and service quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional consultations, patient assessments, and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans.
- Perform and supervise non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, laser-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, weight management, body shaping/body contouring, and other relevant aesthetic procedures.
- Assess patients` aesthetic concerns, expectations, medical history, and suitability for proposed treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, possible risks, aftercare, and follow-up requirements to patients.
- Ensure appropriate patient screening, informed consent, treatment documentation, and follow-up.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate post-treatment care and guidance.
- Maintain strict standards of clinical safety, hygiene, infection prevention, and patient confidentiality.
- Work closely with nursing, medical, aesthetic, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, technologies, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
- Contribute to maintaining the premium brand image and patient experience of EW Villa Medica.
- Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
- MBBS, DDV from a recognized medical institution.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification, certification, or advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetic Medicine, or a related field will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
