Job Description / Responsibility

Creative Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and career-focused Junior Counselor Trainee to join our student counseling and admission team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who want to build a career in the study abroad and international education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective students and understand their study abroad plans and academic goals.
Provide basic information about universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and available study destinations.
Counsel students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media inquiries, and face-to-face meetings.
Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain proper communication records.
Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs under the guidance of senior counselors.
Support students with university applications, admission documents, offer letters, and related procedures.
Collect, check, organize, and maintain students’ academic and personal documents.
Update student information and application progress in the company’s system.
Coordinate with senior counselors, admission officers, and other team members.
Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of international education, admissions, and student counseling.
Maintain professional behavior and provide accurate information to students.
Perform other counseling and admission-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates must currently reside within approximately 3 km of the office location at Bashundhara R/A.
