Job Description / Responsibility

Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Coordinate with the head office, other hub offices, vendors, and suppliers globally.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
Ensure cost effectiveness in the overall IT management.
Endpoint management, device deployment, patching, installation, data center operations, network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ensure system availability, security, firewall.
Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity.
Control user access, policies, and cctv surveillance.
To ensure business continuity acts as per requirement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Communication, MIS or similar fields.

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Tailor shop

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 23 years
Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, troubleshooting, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
Expertise in data center management, data governance, cybersecurity, firewalls, Citrix and Tableau setup/connectivity, Microsoft 365, Azure and Cloud services.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, operation and network installation, IT infrastructure & system administration.
Preferred Certifications
CompTIA Security+, Network+, Server+, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or Microsoft certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
