Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities
Provide aesthetic and dermatological consultations under established clinical protocols.
Assess clients and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and procedures.
Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures as per training and company guidelines.
Explain treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare to clients.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up information.
Monitor clients during and after procedures and manage basic complications appropriately.
Coordinate with consultants, therapists, CROs, and other clinical team members.
Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hygiene, infection control, and hospital protocols.
Participate in clinical training, service development, and quality improvement activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid BMDC registration.
Additional training in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, or related fields will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Additional Job Requirements

Male: 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Medical Officer, preferably in Sexology- Sexual Health, Dermatology, or Aesthetic Medicine.
Female: 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Medical Officer, preferably in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine.
Fresh MBBS graduates with relevant training may also be considered.

Aesthetic consultation and client assessment
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and skincare
Patient counselling and communication
Clinical documentation
Basic emergency management
Infection prevention and control
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and client handling
Bangla and English communication skills
