Job Description / Responsibility

Check and post handover documents/vouchers.
Record petty cash entries in EBS and Tally.
Record IOU cash entries in Tally.
Enter freight bills and maintain provisions in Tally.
Process freight bill payments through EBS.
Enter procurement bills in EBS and Tally.
Collect and attach money receipts with relevant documents.
Organize and package vouchers for submission to Internal Audit.
Scan and maintain vouchers for proper record-keeping.
Assist with cheque entries when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
