Job Description / Responsibility
- Mangrove Hotel & Resort Ltd is a dedicated real estate company focused on creating high-quality property opportunities and innovative investment solutions. - Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients, investors, corporate partners and business prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms and other business development channels.
- Develop, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent lead nurturing and effective conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, meetings, presentations and professional engagement.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client consultation, negotiation, contract closing and post-sales relationship management.
- Apply modern sales methodologies, including consultative selling, relationship-based selling, solution selling and persuasive presentations, to successfully convert prospects into investors.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly through phone calls, meetings, email and digital communication to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and investment briefings to clearly communicate project features, pricing, payment plans, investment opportunities and potential returns.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding projects, pricing, payment structures and investment benefits.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat investments, referrals and sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve individual and organizational sales objectives.
- Establish clear monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure consistent performance against agreed objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze real estate market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish contact with potential customers, investors, and business partners.
- Think strategically and demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate industry, sales management, business development and investment-oriented client engagement.
- Generate qualified leads by actively participating in relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and business gatherings across the city.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, investors, business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Remain flexible and willing to work beyond standard working hours when required to meet business needs, attend client meetings, support sales activities or complete urgent assignments.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities or assignments entrusted by the management or authorized supervisor from time to time.
