Job Description / Responsibility

A newly opened hotel in Banani, Dhaka is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive success.
Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Finance.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor hotel performance and achieve occupancy, revenue, and profit targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and stakeholders.
Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the hotel in the local community and business network.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
