Job Description / Responsibility

Handle room reservations through phone, email, online platforms, and direct bookings.
Manage booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update room availability.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding guest bookings.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding room rates, availability, and hotel facilities.
Ensure proper follow-up on reservations and special guest requests.
Prepare reservation reports and maintain relevant records.
Handle corporate, group, OTA, and individual reservations professionally.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Only Female
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a related position.
Experience in a reputed hotel will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Professional, presentable, and well-mannered personality.
Ability to work in shifts.
