Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and maintain all hotel electrical, mechanical and technical systems.
Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of Generators, Substations, BBT, MDB/DB panels and electrical wiring.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Respond promptly to electrical and maintenance emergencies.
Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs and equipment servicing.
Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and hotel operational requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Strong practical knowledge of Generator, Substation, BBT and general electrical systems/wiring.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hospitality/hotel industry experience will be given preference.
