Job Description / Responsibility

Promote tour packages, visa services, air tickets, and other travel solutions
Communicate with clients through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel-related information
Follow up regularly with existing and potential clients
Develop creative marketing ideas for Facebook and other social media platforms
Maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and travel partners
Assist customers with travel planning and suitable package selection
Coordinate with the Reservation and Operations Team when required
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agency, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup, Airport Service
