Job Description / Responsibility

About the role
All Next Ver is a web and software development agency in Dhaka. We are launching a monthly content and ads service for established local brands: we shoot the brand video (OVC), turn it into reels and posts, publish them and run the ad campaigns.
You will sell this service to business owners in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi and Bashundhara. Your clients are clinics, study abroad consultancies, interior and furniture brands, and real estate developers. You own the sale from the first call to the signed contract.
Responsibilities
Build a list of target businesses and contact 20 or more a day by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn and visits
Book and run 4 to 5 meetings a week with owners and marketing heads
Understand the client's business and recommend the right package
Send a proposal within 24 hours of each meeting and follow up until a decision
Close the contract and collect the first payment
Hand each new client over to our delivery team with a clear brief
Keep the sales tracker updated and send a short daily report
Target
3 to 4 new clients a month after your first month.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Satellite TV, Radio, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Event Management, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 46 years
A degree is welcome but not required. Sales results and industry experience matter more.
You have closed B2B clients yourself and can tell us about them.
Comfortable with cold calls, walk-in visits and meetings with business owners.
Understands Facebook and Instagram marketing well enough to explain it to a client.
Fluent Bangla and good English.
