Job Description / Responsibility

To conduct research and experiments to develop and improve chemical formulations and processes.
To assist in the analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
To collaborate with the R&D team to identify innovative solutions for product development and optimization.
To prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations based on experimental findings.
To ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during research activities.
To stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related technologies to contribute to the innovation pipeline.
To conduct process validation and optimization to ensure consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
To evaluate and approve new raw materials and packaging materials through laboratory testing, trials and performance assessments.
To develop, revise and maintain quality plans for new and existing products in accordance with customer expectations and market requirements.
To coordinate production trials and monitor pilot batches to achieve successful commercialization of new products.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
BSc in chemistry with Minimum 3.50 CGPA will get preference.
