Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- This organization is one of Bangladesh's leading online platforms, dedicated to preparing candidates for BCS, Bank, NTRCA, Primary, and Grade 11–20 government job examinations.
- We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented team member to support students throughout their exam preparation journey by ensuring high-quality course content, exam suggestions, and books.
- Job Responsibilities
- Research academic books, journals, government websites, and other reliable sources to keep course content, books, and study materials accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and maintain course-related lecture sheets and exam questions.
- Proofread, edit, and organize lecture sheets, exam questions, books, and other academic materials.
- Verify facts, data, and references before content is finalized and published.
- Keep track of changes in syllabus and question patterns of government job examinations and update materials accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Academic Section and content team to meet deadlines.
- Support the Academic Section with other related tasks as required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Honours/Bachelor`s or Master`s degree completed in any discipline.
- Having prior training or certification related to competitive government job examinations will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Design/Printing/Publishing, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Training Institutes
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 38 years
- Both male and female candidates may apply.
- Candidates must have appeared in the BCS examination on multiple occasions.
- Candidates must have prior experience of appearing in viva voce examinations for various government jobs, including 9th and 10th grade posts.
- Clear and thorough understanding of the syllabus and question patterns of government job examinations (BCS, Bank, NTRCA, Primary, and Grade 11–20).
- Ability to research and verify information from academic books, journals, and government websites.
- Proficiency in computer operation, including Bangla and English typing (preferred).
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible, with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple academic activities.
- N.B: Candidates aged 30 or above, or with prior experience at a job/exam coaching center, will be given preference.
