Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop architectural designs and prepare complete drawing sets based on project requirements and design concepts.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, roof plans, details, and working drawings
- Prepare professional architectural design and presentation sheets for client presentations and project approvals.
- Develop detailed construction and working drawings with proper dimensions, annotations, specifications, and detailing.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate and practical architectural drawings.
- Prepare and revise drawings according to instructions from the Senior/Lead Architect and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP requirements
- Prepare drawings for authority submission/approval as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, drawing standards, and proper sheet composition across all project drawings.
- Develop 3D models, views, and presentation materials when required.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Visit project sites when required and verify site conditions, measurements, and drawing implementation.
- Maintain proper organization and version control of all drawings, design files, and project documentation.
- Assist in developing design alternatives, material selections, façade treatments, and interior/exterior design concepts.
- Make necessary modifications based on client feedback, site conditions, and project development.
- Ensure drawings are completed within the required quality, accuracy, and project deadlines
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design, Real Estate.
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and drawing preparation.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop and MS Office.
- Strong ability to prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawing sheets.
- Experience in preparing construction and submission drawings will be preferred.
- Good understanding of building planning, architectural detailing, space planning and construction documentation.
- Ability to develop drawings independently based on design concepts and instructions.
- Knowledge of BNBC and relevant building rules/regulations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet project deadlines.
- Experience in real estate or residential building projects will be given preference.
