Job Description / Responsibility
- • Prepare architectural, structural, plumbing & municipal approval drawing design/documents should have capable to prepare is using AutoCAD.
- • Develop construction drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
- • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
- • Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- • Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client requirements.
- • Maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control procedures.
- • Assist in quantity take-off and material estimation from approved drawings when required.
- • Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- • Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.
- • Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and incorporate field information into drawings.
- • Ensure timely delivery of drawings and maintain project deadlines.
- • Collaborate with the project execution team to resolve drawing-related issues during construction and fabrication stages.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate

- Familiarity with SketchUp or other architectural/engineering software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
