Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to digital and social media inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), qualify leads, and collect essential student information to feed into our tracking systems.
Make timely follow-up calls to online leads to understand their study-abroad or educational needs, provide relevant course/university details, and encourage office visits or consultations.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally, address student and parent queries, and route complex inquiries to the appropriate department or counselor.
Monitor social media inbox and comment sections actively, delivering accurate, polite, and persuasive responses to build trust and brand reputation.
Maintain organized logs of daily calls, lead statuses, and conversion updates, coordinating closely with the admissions and marketing teams.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Requirements:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a friendly yet professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or lead tracking spreadsheets.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
