Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for planning and organizing day-to-day operations of the Poultry Diagnostic lab.
Deliver reports of the PCR and Blood tests (HI & ELISA) within 3 days, CS within 3 days, Microbial culture within 2 days, Feces and Rapid tests on the same samples received.
To ensure health support to achieve Depletion at the end of 65 weeks not more than 17%.
To optimize of PS operation medicine and vaccine cost.
Diagnose diseases based on necropsy, fecal test, bacterial culture, isolation and identification, serological tests, histopathology or PCR test result in APDL or if need further investigation from outside lab with prior approval from GM operations,
Monitor the hygiene of Commercial hatcheries, PS Farm as well as R&D on a regular basis
Check the quality (Toxin level and microbial load) of feed, ingredients and water on a regular basis of Aftab Feed Product Ltd.
Provide diagnostic support to breeder farms, commercial farms, hatcheries, and other poultry operations.

Educational Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Master of Science (MSc) in Veterinary Microbiology

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry
