Expert Compliance Interview Specialist

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare students for university compliance interviews and credibility interviews.
Conduct mock interviews and assess students’ responses, confidence, and communication skills.
Train students on questions related to their chosen university, course, career plans, finances, accommodation, and study destination.
Identify weaknesses and provide personalized feedback and improvement strategies.
Ensure students have a strong understanding of their course, university, and overall study plan.
Stay updated on university compliance interview requirements and procedures.
Maintain proper records of student preparation and progress.
Work closely with counsellors to ensure students are fully prepared before their interviews.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in compliance interviews, credibility interviews, student counselling, or international education.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of UK and/or other international student visa and university compliance processes.
Excellent understanding of common compliance interview questions and assessment areas.
Confident, professional, patient, and student-focused.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Previous experience in an education consultancy is highly preferred.
Minimum IELTS overall score of 6.5 is required.
