Job Description / Responsibility

Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lessons for all four modules of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Curriculum & Material Development: Assist in developing and updating course materials, including lesson plans, practice tests, and homework assignments to keep the content relevant.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through regular mock tests and provide constructive feedback on their strengths and weaknesses.
Student Support: Offer personalized guidance to help students overcome specific challenges and develop effective study plans.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment, encouraging active participation and fostering a sense of community among students.
Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest changes and trends in the IELTS exam to ensure the curriculum remains effective.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Minimum IELTS Band 7

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
