Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: Aaran Tours & Travels is a fast-growing travel management company in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage customer relations, design tour packages, and drive our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, design, and cost attractive domestic and international tour packages.
Provide accurate information regarding tourist visas, travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel-related services.
Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages and visa solutions.
Conduct consultations and effectively present company services to prospective clients
Handle corporate clients and build strong long-term relationships with them.
Resolve customer complaints or booking issues quickly and professionally.
Assist in digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new tourists

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management/BBA/Related Subjects

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience
2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the Tours & Travels sector.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Visa Processing/Air ticketing/Hotel Bookings/Travel Agency Management.
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency travel situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
Expertise in AI tools
