Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
- Promote and generate business for the company’s Tours & Travels services, including Air Ticketing, Visa Processing, Hajj & Umrah, Holiday Packages, Hotel Reservations, and Customized Tour Packages.
- Handle and promote international visa services, including Tourist, Business, Medical and Student visas for European countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other major international destinations.
- Develop and maintain corporate travel deals and business relationships with companies, organizations and corporate clients.
- Generate corporate business for air ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking, holiday packages, Hajj & Umrah and other travel-related services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct client engagement, market visits, networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individual customers, business partners and potential clients.
- Regularly communicate with and visit prospective clients to promote company services, generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Promote domestic and international holiday packages and customized travel solutions according to client requirements.
- Expand the client base through proactive sales activities, market development and continuous client engagement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to maximize sales conversion and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth and new corporate opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track progress against assigned targets.
- Work independently with a target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Travel & Tourism company. Experience in other industries will not be considered. Candidates should have practical experience in promoting customized travel solutions, tour packages, visa services, and corporate travel deals.
- -Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills. Practical knowledge of Air Ticketing, Visa Processing, Holiday Packages, Hajj & Umrah, Hotel Reservations and Corporate Travel Services is required.
- -Experience in developing corporate travel deals, business accounts and long-term corporate client relationships.
- -Strong understanding of Travel & Tourism products and services with the ability to confidently present and sell travel solutions to clients.
- -Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- -Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
