Job Description / Responsibility

Plan & Estimation, prepare construction plan and estimates.
Site supervision & execution-Monitor construction works progress & execute as per design
Value engineers: Ensure value engineering as per design
Quality Control- Ensure materials and workmanship meet standard
Safety- Maintain construction site safety.
Cost & time management- Control project budget and schedule
Coordination- coordinate with Architects, contractors, and workers
Inspection and Maintenance- Ensure the completed structure is safe and durable.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Developer, Real Estate
