Job Description / Responsibility

Develop new corporate and business clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, conference facilities, SPA, and other hotel services.
Conduct regular corporate visits, sales calls, client meetings, and business presentations.
Generate new sales leads and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential business.
Handle corporate, group, conference, meeting, wedding, and social event enquiries.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with corporate companies, travel agencies, tour operators, NGOs, government organizations, and other potential clients.
Monitor competitors’ rates, packages, promotions, and market activities.
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
Maintain an updated client database and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Collect market information and provide feedback to management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager or Hotel Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Candidates with knowledge and practical experience in content creation, social media marketing, photography, videography, and digital marketing will be given preference.
