Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, verify, and regularly update business-related information.
Maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Collect information through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online research.
Maintain updated records of rates, services, contact details, offers, availability, and other relevant information.
Prepare daily and weekly data reports for management.
Provide accurate information to the Reservation, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
Perform other data-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet browsing.
Good Bangla and English typing skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Must be responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Relevant experience will be an advantage; skilled freshers may also apply.
