Job Description / Responsibility

- Flyer Travel Express Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to develop new business, promote the company’s travel and visa services, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with individual and corporate clients..
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s air ticketing, visa processing, travel packages, and other travel-related services.
- Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Visit corporate clients and potential business partners when required.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service details for clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about travel and visa services.
- Coordinate with the visa, ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution.
- Candidates with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agency, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service
Additional Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a travel agency, airline, visa consultancy, tourism, or related industry.
- Experience in B2B/corporate sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Smart, energetic, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings when required.
- Knowledge of travel, visa, airline, and tourism services will be an advantage.
