Job Description / Responsibility

Shopno Tour Management is a trusted and dynamic travel solutions provider specializing in international and religious tourism. We offer flight ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processing, Umrah packages, and ground transfers for clients across the UK, Bangladesh, and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to lead our sales operations and enhance client experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly performance targets.
Engage with high-end international clients, providing tailored travel solutions.
Handle bookings, amendments, client inquiries, and service requests professionally.
Report directly to the Managing Director on sales performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and booking management.
Mentor and guide team members to improve service and sales performance

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma
Secondary

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
