Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to promote hotel rooms, banquet services, and food & beverage offers.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings.·
Visit corporate offices and business establishments regularly to present hotel services and develop strong client relationships.
Promote and sell corporate room packages, meeting spaces, and long-stay options to business clients.
Actively promote hotel outlets including restaurants, cafés, and bakery items to both corporate clients and individual guests.
Generate catering sales by visiting offices, institutions, and event organizers to offer customized food and catering solutions.
Coordinate with the banquet, kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of events and catering orders.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare client reports, and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Must be flexible and available to work extended hours or weekends when required to meet business needs.
Participate in promotional campaigns, food festivals, and marketing events to drive visibility and sales.
Make sales reports and maintain proper documentation of all client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
Represent Hotel Agrabad in a professional manner at all times, ensuring the brand image is upheld through strong communication and customer service.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At most 4 years
