Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle visa application processing, documentation, and file preparation for various destinations.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, document checklists, application procedures, and appointment scheduling.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide timely updates regarding visa and travel-related matters.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa application centers, airlines, hotels, and other relevant service providers when required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required based on office needs and management instructions.
- Handle visa applications for tourist, business, student, and other applicable visa categories.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Organize and coordinate corporate meetings, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and agents to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- North South University,American International University Bangladesh,International University of Business Agriculture and Technology,BRAC University,East West University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agency, Immigration/Visa Processing, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Consulting Firms, Tour Operator, Airport Service
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
