- As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development & Marketing Executive to strengthen our business growth and client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, corporate clients, government organizations, Law chambers and developers.
- Promote the company's consultancy services and prepare customized business proposals.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and tender submissions.
- Coordinate meetings, client presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the company at business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain an updated CRM, CAD etc database and submit regular business activity reports.
- Support branding initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Law, or a related discipline.
- MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in a consultancy firm, engineering company, valuation firm, real estate organization, or financial institution will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
- Required Skills
- Strong business networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of consultancy services, project management, and corporate marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Existing professional network within banks, financial institutions, corporate organizations, government agencies, or development partners.
- Experience in preparing tender documents and consultancy proposals.
