Job Description / Responsibility

Job Purpose
The Officer- Legal, License & Corporate Affairs, will support the department in managing legal documentation, compliance activities, and corporate communication initiatives. The role involves assisting in contract preparation and review, monitoring regulatory documentation, supporting internal and external communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining various legal documents, contracts and agreements.
• Support the development and maintenance of an organized document management system.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for documentation and compliance matters.
• Monitor and update records related to licensing, permits and regulatory filings.
• Help ensure company compliance with local laws, labor regulations and corporate policies.
• Track and summarize changes in laws or regulations relevant to business operations.
• Assist in handling consumer-related legal matters and ensure compliance with the Consumers’ Rights Protection Act, BSTI requirements, municipal laws, licenses, and others.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure alignment in corporate messaging.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all legal correspondence.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed by management.

Educational Requirements

LLB or LLM from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Retail Store, Super store
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Suite.
