Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager/Senior Manager to join EXIM Synergy, a technology distribution and trading company connecting world-class OEMs with strategic partners across Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UAE.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Navigate complex buying committees (IT, procurement, finance, C-suite)
Develop account strategies for upsell/cross-sell within existing enterprise clients
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing on deal strategy
Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with legal and procurement teams

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Skills & Expertise:
Major expertise in enterprise B2B software sales (SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of closing deals 20 Lakh + ACV
Experience selling to enterprise buying committees / long sales cycles (6-12+ months)
Strong consultative/solution-selling skills
