Job Description / Responsibility
- The Role
- You will help lead Estavin’s real estate development platform, from identifying
- opportunities and evaluating land through feasibility, structuring, development planning,
- construction and delivery.
- What You’ll Do
- Identify and evaluate high-quality real estate development opportunities.
- Lead project feasibility and preliminary investment analysis.
- Evaluate land acquisitions and joint-venture opportunities.
- Analyze development potential, buildable area, project economics and commercial
- viability.
- Participate in negotiations with landowners and strategic partners.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor project budgets, schedules and execution plans.
- Oversee development activities from initial evaluation through construction and
- delivery.
- Coordinate regulatory approvals and development requirements.
- Identify commercial, technical and execution risks before they become problems.
- Maintain high standards of project quality and cost discipline.
- Present investment and development recommendations to senior leadership.

- Preferred Experience: 7–12+ years.

- Demonstrated experience in real estate development, construction, investment or
- related fields.
- Strong understanding of development feasibility and project economics.
- Experience with land acquisition and/or development joint ventures.
- Strong commercial and financial judgment.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
- A record of taking ownership and delivering results.
