Job Description / Responsibility

01) Candidates should be have deep knowledge about Jenbacher J420 Generator.
02) He also Have Knowledge for Modern Spinning Machine Operation, Maintenance & Trouble Shooting.
Machine model : Rieter Blow room, Carding, Rieter Lap former, Comber, Drawing, Toyota Simplex,
Toyota Ring. Autoconer Qpro.
03) He should be Have Knowledge for Generator Operation, Maintenance, Over hauling & Trouble Shooting.
04) Lead & Manage the completed operation maintenance, & spare parts control.
05) Have knowledge for Electrical substation, and all kind of preventive maintenance & trouble shooting of Sub Station.
06) Capable to monitoring Generator efficiency & fuel consumption, Also have knowledge About
Co-generation (EGB & Chiller).
07) Should be Have Knowledge for Compressor Operation, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting.
08) Should be Have Knowledge for AC Plant Operation, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting.
09) Ensure proper Operation of Electrical System For a Spinning mills Blow room to
Finishing.
10) Ensure proper maintenance schedule ,daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
11) Should be Have Knowledge PLC, VFD & Spinning machine trouble shooting.
12) Have Knowledge for manage spare parts, parts inventory & yearly maintenance budget.
13) Develop and Implement preventive maintenance programs.
14) Reduce all sectional breakdown.
15) Have Knowledge to work software system.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Spinning, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in utility/engineering, preferably in the spinning/textile industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of electrical safety, statutory compliance and energy management.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.
