- We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive and Sr. Executive to join our growing team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, property owners, and corporate customers.
- Promote the company’s residential, commercial, and furnished accommodation services.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and attend property viewings, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and guide clients throughout the rental process.
- Work toward assigned monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, property visits, negotiations, and completed transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the property, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate property information, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Collect and submit required client and property documents on time.
- Support promotional campaigns, corporate visits, and other business-development activities.
- Perform other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience may receive consideration regardless of academic background.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years

- Corporate client acquisition and relationship management.
- Lead generation, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Property presentation, viewing coordination, and client servicing.
- Rental negotiation, deal closing, and objection handling.
- Customer relationship management and after-sales support.
- Cold calling, WhatsApp communication, email correspondence, and professional follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sales target planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of rental rates, property trends, and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with Gulshan, Banani, and Baridhara Diplomatic Zone property markets.
- Ability to maintain accurate client, property, viewing, and transaction records.
- Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, property rental, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also apply.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and client-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of Dhaka’s premium residential and commercial areas.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible, and comfortable working in the field.
- Fluency in Bangla and working proficiency in English.
- Having a motorcycle or personal transportation will be an added advantage.
