Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Purpose
- The Zonal Sales Manager – Corporate Sales leads regional project acquisition and institutional client development within an assigned geographical zone. The role focuses on tracking upcoming factory constructions, infrastructure projects, and commercial developments in the region, converting project leads into active orders, and leading the regional corporate sales team.
- Department: Corporate & Industrial Sales (B2B / Projects)
- Reports To: Head of Corporate Sales
- Location: Regional Industrial Hubs (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Gazipur /Narayanganj, Khulna)
- Supervises: Area Sales Managers (Corporate), Corporate Sales Executives
- Job Location: Corporate office, Banani, Dhaka-1213.
- Key Responsibilities
- Zonal Target Execution: Achieve regional B2B sales volume and revenue targets across industrial clients, real estate developers, and local government tenders.
- Regional Project Pipeline Management: Identify and track ongoing and upcoming construction projects, factories, and power distribution setups in the zone.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain active engagement with regional project heads, factory owners, chief engineers, and local contractors.
- Tender & Commercial Bidding: Prepare and submit regional corporate quotations, technical compliance sheets, and commercial proposals.
- Credit & Milestone Recovery: Ensure timely realization of payments against project delivery milestones and manage Letter of Credit (LC) / Bank Guarantee terms.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Sc preferred); MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in corporate, project, or industrial sales within electrical, power, or heavy construction sectors.
- Skills: Solid understanding of industrial cable specifications (HT/LT/Control cables), regional project tracking, B2B negotiation, and team management.
