Job Description / Responsibility

Monitoring Day to Day software related operations like DSE & Back office (Both Subsidiaries).
Manage hardware related problems (like Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, UPS, Operating System, etc.) solution on time if possible.
Configuration DSE network connectivity and DSE Trading related support of Bangladesh finance Securities & Branches.
Assisting in formulating specifications as well as procurement of hardware & software from vendors.
Client Support for all DSE Mobile app users. DSE Terminal (CAT & CCD) manages smoothly.
Coordinate with the internal users and Team leaders.
IT Procurement.
Printer Server & CCTV Maintenance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/ IT/ EEE
Master of Science (MSc) in CSE/ IT/ EEE

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
