Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Showroom Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our motorcycle showroom. You wil be responsible for tracking vehicle inventory, managing customer bi ling (including cash, bank finance, and insta lments), and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Job Location: 274/4, Monipur, 60 ft. road, Mirpur-02, Dhaka-1216
- Key Responsibilities
- ● Daily Transaction Management: Record daily sales, service center revenues, and spare parts bi ling accurately in the accounting software.
- ● Inventory Control: Maintain strict tracking of motorcycle stock, chassis numbers, and engine numbers. Reconcile physical inventory with system records on a regular basis.
- ● Customer & Financier Billing: Handle down payments, calculate Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) schedules, and coordinate with banks or third-party leasing companies for auto loan disbursements.
- ● Expense & Vendor Management: Verify and process utility bills, showroom rent, staff payroll, and vendor payments for inventory.
- ● Banking & Cash Flow: Manage daily cash-drawer closing, safely deposit cash receipts into the bank, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- ● Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly profit/loss reports, sales updates, and expense summaries for management review.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA).
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail accounting. Experience in an automotive or motorcycle showroom is highly preferred.
- ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or custom Showroom ERP). ○ Strong command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- ● Soft Skills: Excellent numerical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and a high level of professional integrity.

Other Benefits
Salary: BDT 20,000 - 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
● Festival Bonus: Two (2) times a year (50% of basic salary).
