Job Description / Responsibility
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirements engineering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, UI/UX collaboration, UAT and stakeholder management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing requirements throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Job Overview:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, discussions, and consultations with stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare product demonstrations using Figma designs to effectively showcase proposed features, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, MIS, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 21 years
- Key Requirements:
- CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and product demonstrations.
- Experience using Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management and task-tracking tools.
