Job Description / Responsibility
- Mariners Group & MOHS Group is looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer to manage and develop visual communication materials across our FMCG, Real Estate, and Restaurant businesses. The position will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital designs that strengthen brand identity, support marketing activities, and enhance customer engagement.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and professional designs for FMCG, Real Estate, and Restaurant brands/projects.
- Design FMCG packaging materials including labels, cartons, pouches, boxes, wrappers, and product artworks.
- Create brochures, leaflets, catalogs, posters, POSM, banners, and trade marketing materials for FMCG products.
- Design Real Estate marketing materials including project brochures, plot brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogs, project profiles, and sales presentations.
- Create plot layouts, site plans, location maps, project maps, and other property-related visual materials.
- Design Real Estate promotional materials including billboards, signboards, banners, backdrops, standees, campaign creatives, and digital materials.
- Design Restaurant menu cards, food charts, price lists, food item creatives, combo offers, meal packages, and promotional materials.
- Create Restaurant-related flyers, posters, table tents, standees, banners, food packaging, takeaway materials, and social media creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across Mariners Group & MOHS Group.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with proper resolution, bleed, color profile, typography, dielines, and other technical specifications.
- Coordinate with printing presses, vendors, photographers, marketing teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Modify and finalize designs based on management feedback and business requirements.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, brand assets, and creative resources. Create and support digital multimedia content, social media creatives, basic motion graphics, animations, and promotional visual content.
- Stay updated with graphic design, branding, packaging, printing, Real Estate marketing, food/restaurant marketing, AI design tools, animation, motion graphics, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all creative works are delivered with high quality, accuracy, creativity, and within deadlines.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
- Bachelor of Science (Pass)
- HSC
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Professional certification/training in Graphic Design or Multimedia will be an added advantage.

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design/Multimedia.
- Experience in FMCG, Real Estate, Restaurant/Food, Packaging, Branding, or Advertising will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a strong and relevant creative portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content creation will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, typography, layout, and pre-press requirements.
- Knowledge of AI-based design tools and AI-generated visual content will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.
