Job Description / Responsibility

Armani Properties Limited, a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives (Male & Female) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for apartment/land sales
Present and explain company projects to prospective buyers
Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed project information
Negotiate prices and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and references
Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Age 26 to 38 years
Experience Requirements

Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales is mandatory
Experience Area: Sales/Business Development, preferably in the Real Estate sector
