Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
Innovative Holdings Ltd. is inviting applications from highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's business and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned land and property sales targets.
Take overall responsibility for achieving individual and team sales goals.
Negotiate and close high-value land and property sales deals independently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in land and property sales.
Additional qualifications in Sales Management or Real Estate Management will be considered an advantage.
Proven experience in leading sales teams within reputed land development or real estate companies.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value sales negotiations.
Candidates with prior experience in the land sales sector, particularly in Purbachal or similar land development projects, will be given preference.
