Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for committed and experienced Vice Principal to complement our qualified workforce of educators and education managers. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to parents and students to create a relationship of mutual trust. Those looking for a long-term relationship prioritized during the selection process.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities, extra-curriculars and events.
Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices.
Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development.
Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
Develop, maintain and implement curriculum standards.
Observe teachers and evaluate their performance.
Counsel and discipline students.
Collaborate with administrators, teachers and other school personnel.

Educational Requirements

Masters degree in any discipline.
M.Ed is preferable.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
At least 5 years in teaching profession in an English medium school.
Applicants should have experience in the following business area: Pre-Primary, Primary, Kindergarten and High School.
