Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for a professional who will make an relation between sellers and buyers. The Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
Job Responsibilities:
You will work to expand on the portfolio of clients and will need to build relationships with prospective clients to sell land, Flat, Apartment, Lift, Generator Etc.
This person should have technical knowledge about corporate culture and be responsible for sales.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Should be smart in appearance.
Good communication skills.
Candidate must be good at Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Etc)Experience in dealing with corporate clients.
Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.
Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/ Understanding/ Solution lead/ Relationship Building qualities.
Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/ re-location services) however this is not a prerequisite.
Quick to Adapt, Fast Learning ability.Good understanding of the HOUSING industry.
You will need strong negotiating skills and an ability to estimate will give you an edge for the role.
This will be a mixed office site-based position, so when you are not out visiting clients you will be expected to be in the office.
Ability to work independently and also with a professional sales team.
