Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Executive Officer, Sales and Marketing (Male/Female) Who must have min 2 years experience in the Bangladesh housing industry for Land Sale.
Job Location: Euro-Bangla Builders (Pvt.) Ltd.
Corporate Office: House 52/1, (Level 3), Road 3/A Dhanmondi -1209.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must be do their duty perfectly and boots the sales.
Inbound & out bound phone calls.
To take challenges & achieve sales target.
Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow up daily information.
Outdoor marketing
Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
Good command over English and Bengali

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Graduate in business administration BBA or MBA (Marketing dept. will be extra preference)

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Computer skill must (Microsoft office).
2 years minimum experience in land sale.
