Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Lead digital marketing, media buying and performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and DV360.
Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital and offline channels to maximize conversions.
Oversee branding, social media, website content and promotional campaigns to strengthen market presence.
Conduct market, audience and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Manage campaign performance, budgets and key metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CPL and CAC.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies and corporate clients to expand business opportunities.
Prepare management reports, presentations and performance insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
Courses On Digital Marketing,
Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Digital Marketing & SEO are required or will be given strong preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Web Media/Blog
