Job Description / Responsibility

Workplace: Head Office/ Site Office (as applicable)
Job Responsibilities
Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
Identify and develop new client relationships while maintaining strong ties with existing clients.
Handle client inquiries effectively and ensure satisfaction in line with organizational service policies.
Provide project information and support to clients over the telephone.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and keep detailed records in the system.
Conduct direct prospect visits outside the office.
Accompany clients on project site visits to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
Manage site office duties and actively seek outdoor prospects.
Handle post-sales formalities including application form review, payment schedule preparation, deed of agreement drafting, and client signing.
Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies with the team leader and colleagues.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

BBA/ MBA with a major in Marketing.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Area: Real Estate Marketing, Sales / Marketing.
Good communication skill in English both written and spoken form
Good leadership quality with market knowledge
Positive attitude with towards team members
Ability to demonstrate a systematic and common sense approach to the role
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Preference: Candidates with experience in the Bashundhara and Jolshiri Real Estate markets will be given preference.
