Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain & follow up all types of sales and marketing related activities on a daily and monthly basis.
Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Head of Sales and Marketing for top management information.
Follow up on superior’s instructions, orders, and advice at all times.
Maintain excellent behavior with all other departmental officials.
Strictly follow and maintain all administrative rules and regulations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by authority related to sales, marketing, and credit collection.
Be ready to work in both indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.
Execute all marketing activities as per the organization’s set plan.
Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.
Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
Improve processes and mentor team members.
Identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Research and analyze sales options.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Recommend solutions to customers.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Research and recommend new opportunities.
Recommend profit and service improvements.
Identify product improvements or new products by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
Build personal networks and benchmark best practices.
Participate in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
